Oh this poor, little, neglected blog! I wish I were dedicated enough to keep this up. I have a feeling it would be very therapeutic, no matter how silly I think it is when I reread it later. What to say? So much has happened while my mind forgot that this thing existed.
For starters, I'm returning home a great deal sooner than I had originally anticipated. Initially I was enrolled in a year long program, here in Seattle. This meant no summer vacation. School from October 2008 to October 2009...no fun. But things have changed, and I'd like to see it as for the better! I'll now be heading back to the wonderful land of California sometime in July, and fully able to begin work as an LMP! It's so surreal to think that I'll be starting my first career in just a few months.
The only thing is, I'll have to wait to go back to Ca for the summer until...drum roll pleaseeeeeeeeeee.....my aunt has her baby!!!!!! Yes, there is yet another child being brought into this world via my blood line. It's getting ridiculous, really. This will be the third one in three years. I hardly have time to adjust to the idea because my crazed aunt thought it would be a funny idea to hide the fact that she's pregnant for the first six months of her pregnancy (she did this with her last baby too). So now the little tyke is due June 30 and I'm set to be off in July. It's just not fair. At least I'll get to see him while he looks like a little alien :)
